The problem

Neighborhood barbershops run on phone calls and unmanaged walk-ins, so customers wait without knowing queue length and shops lose revenue to no-shows and idle chairs. Owners also lack any digital view of bookings, earnings, staff, or customer history.

The solution

A monorepo pairing a Next.js (App Router) front-end with Supabase Postgres and Deno edge functions. Bookings use atomic slot-holds plus a Razorpay advance, walk-ins flow through a live token queue, and Postgres row-level security isolates customer, shop-owner, and admin roles; pg_cron drives win-back reminders and slot cleanup.
