The problem

A large manufacturing enterprise lacked real-time visibility across procurement, logistics, quality, and demand — leading to stockouts, excess inventory (SLOB), and delayed shipments.

Built a multi-agent AI platform with LangGraph orchestrating specialized agents for each business domain. Every agent has RBAC-isolated data access, real-time dashboards, and predictive analytics across the supply chain.
