These terms cover your use of forgefunction.online. Paid work is governed separately by the proposal and agreement signed for that engagement; where the two differ, the signed agreement takes precedence.
This website describes services and past work. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quotation, or professional advice. Scope and price for any engagement are agreed in writing after a discovery conversation.
Case-study figures are measured from the projects described rather than estimated, and where a metric was unavailable from the source data the case study says so explicitly instead of substituting an approximation.
Even so, results describe specific systems built under specific conditions. They are not a prediction of what another project will achieve.
The design, text and code of this website belong to Forge & Function. Client work shown here belongs to the clients who commissioned it, and is published with the detail we are permitted to share.
Work we build for a client transfers to that client on delivery — source code, infrastructure and documentation — and we retain no licence over it.
Some pages link to third-party sites such as source repositories or live client products. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.
This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here. Liability in a paid engagement is set by that engagement's agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes relating to this website fall to the courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
